Who We Are

Hope United Methodist Church is a vibrant and inclusive faith community rooted in the values of love, compassion, and unity. Located in Vienna, Virginia, as a satellite campus of Ghana Wesley United Methodist Church, we bring together people from diverse backgrounds and cultures to create a people of faith that reflects the beauty of God's creation. We are a Bible-believing, Holy Spirit-filled church committed to spreading the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Our journey began with a small group of dedicated individuals who gathered for the first worship service on Sunday, July 4, 2021. Over time, we have grown into a dynamic congregation that embraces multiculturalism and aims to promote genuine connections. We strive to be a beacon of hope, shining brightly in the community and beyond.

What We Do

Our mission is to connect and engage with the community through means of worship, prayer, small groups, and outreach events. We collaborate closely with nonprofit organizations to actively participate in community campaigns, dedicating our efforts to support and uplift the poor and needy. Our partnership is rooted in compassion and a shared commitment to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Support this heartfelt mission to care for our community's most vulnerable members. We gather every Sunday from 9:30 am to 11:00 am for Sunday Worship. We also offer virtual Bible study sessions every Thursday evening from 8:00-9:00pm, and virtual prayer meetings every Friday evening from 8-9pm.
